Private Guesthouse near UNCW & Wrightsville Beach

I have to say it was a unique awesome little place. I stayed for work and plan on using it as much as I can while working down here. The hosts were very communicative had no issues with anything. They had pretty much anything you would need during your stay. I highly recommend it if im not already there.

This was such a great place to stay. The location couldn't have been better - I was visiting friends in both the city of Wilmington and Leland. Check in was great and I appreciated the directions as to where to park, etc. The unit is HUGE. Kitchen was well-equipped. I so appreciated that there was laundry as I was on a weeklong road trip and it was nice to be able to throw a load in. Hosts thought of everything one could need and there were many thoughtful additional touches. Bed was super comfortable. Overall I really enjoyed it and truly appreciated the stay. The host was responsive in communication--timely and friendly. There was a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us as a welcome gift. The home was clean, well-equipped, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Our dog was with us, and we brought her bed and bowls for food and water, only to find all three of these items were provided. The host asks that you crate your dog when away. We have a Golden Retriever, so her crate is large, and there was plenty of space for it without it getting in the way.

My husband and I took a long weekend vacation and couldn’t be happier with staying here. It was like a home away from home. It was quiet and peaceful. My husband said it was one of the best places he’s ever stayed at. We loved the area and definitely recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

House owners were in constant communication and quick to respond. Property was in a quiet location VERY close to great dining and the beach. Couldn’t ask much more for a 2 night stay to drop my daughter off for school at UNCW! Would definitely use again!
